A leading care provider is seeking a Care Team Leader to empower and support individuals in achieving their goals. You will manage a supported living home, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with standards while leading a dedicated team. Position: Care Team Leader
Location:Much Wenlock, Shropshire
Hours:Full-time, 40 hours per week, to meet the needs of the service.

Working alongside and with the support of our Registered Manager you will be responsible for the provision of high-quality care by participating, observing, and sharing experience across all services. As well as managing one of the established supported living homes. You will be supported in your work by various team leaders and senior support workers.

About The Service
Darwin Place - Swanton Care, is a small residential home located in the picturesque town of Much Wenlock. This location is steeped in history and has so much to offer, holding the first Olympic Games and being equidistant between the North and South trading route.
Swanton Care specializes in supported living, community support and provide a number of community support packages for people with learning disabilities and autism. All are established with the full involvement of the families who are involved in the recruitment and selection of staff to ensure the best fit for the people they will be supporting.
We are a well established company and have a great reputation in the local community amongst people we support, families and professionals.
The services comprise of people living together in spacious bespoke homes or living by themselves in their own homes or with family members. Our aim is to develop and provide bespoke services for people, we would expand our portfolio in due course whilst maintaining quality.
