Job summary

Costa Coffee in Olney is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. You’ll train and support new Baristas, energise your team and maintain high standards of service and coffee excellence, using resourcefulness to keep everything running smoothly.

As a reliable role model and strong communicator, you’ll lead by example, adapt to changing demands and thrive under pressure. This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience ready to step into a team leader
