Job summary

Greene King pubs are seeking a Team Leader to lead by example, ensuring the team has everything they need for a smooth shift and that customers are kept happy.

You will deputise for the management team, resolve issues promptly, and help organise the team during busy periods while maintaining a safe, compliant bar and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Company Description

Must be 18+ for this position. A least 1 years experience in a team leader role in hospitality would be preferred. Must be free evenings and weekends and happy to work key dates.
