CareTech Group in Solihull is seeking a Team Leader to support adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs at Coles Lane. You will lead a small team, deliver person-centred support, and promote independence within a supported living setting.
The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with rota-based hours across 36 per week. We offer DBS checks, pension, holidays, and ongoing training to support career progression.
Location: Solihull
Rate: £13.79 per hour
Permanent | Full-time | 36 hours per week (rota-based)

Coles Lane is a supported living environment which provides care and support to people with learning disabilities and autism. Applicants will ideally have a background in supporting individuals with the above health needs and experience in either a supported living or residential background.
