Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd is looking for a Team Leader to run the day-to-day operations in West Bradford. You will lead by example, support colleagues, keep stock levels on track, and ensure customers receive excellent service on every visit.

You’ll work nights with a 36-hour week, reporting to a store manager and helping new starters settle in while keeping the shop floor running smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing experience is required.
• Strong communication and organisation skills are essential.
• Ability to work as part of a team and support others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of your department.
• Support colleagues, manage stock, and help new starters.
• Resolve issues on the shop floor and coordinate with the manager.

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of your department. You’ll lead by example—supporting your colleagues, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our customers receive the best possible service. Whether it’s helping to manage stock, supporting new starters, or stepping in to solve a problem, you’ll be a go-to person on the shop floor. You’ll work closely with your manager to deliver high standards and keep your team motivated and focused.
