Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd in Bideford is seeking a Team Leader to run the night shift for 26 hours a week as a permanent part-time role. You’ll lead the department, support colleagues, manage stock, onboard new starters and resolve issues on the shop floor.

You will work with your manager to uphold high standards and keep the team motivated, delivering excellent customer service during night shifts.

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading the night-to-night running of your department. You’ll lead by example—supporting your colleagues, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our customers receive the best possible service. Whether it’s helping to manage stock, supporting new starters, or stepping in to solve a problem, you’ll be a go-to person on the shop floor. You’ll work closely with your manager to deliver high standards and keep your team motivated and focused.
