Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd in Hayle Harbour is looking for a Team Leader to oversee the night shift, driving customer service and ensuring the department runs smoothly.

You’ll support colleagues, manage stock, help onboard new starters, and step in to solve daily challenges, working closely with the store manager to maintain high standards and team morale.

This permanent, full-time role offers a 36-hour week at £16.64 per hour with a competitive benefits package.

As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of your department. You'll lead by example- supporting your colleagues, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our customers receive the best possible service. Whether it's helping to manage stock, supporting new starters, or stepping in to solve a problem, you'll be a go-to person on the shop floor. You'll work closely with your manager to deliver high standards and keep your team motivated and focused.
