We are seeking a Team Leader to support the Home Manager, Deputy Manager, and Assistant Manager in all aspects of the home's management. You will encourage staff, assist in supervision and induction, and review residents' care plans.

Rate of Pay

  • Weekdays: £14.96
  • Weekends: £15.51

Contract Details

  • Type: Permanent
  • Hours: 48 hours (Nights)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager, Deputy, and Assistant Manager in running the home efficiently in their absence.
  • Support residents with personal care while promoting independence.
  • Support staff supervision and induction.
  • Ensure staff complete their duties and communicate effectively during handovers.
  • Encourage staff to take a personal interest in residents and the home, leading by example.
  • Work directly with the Care Management Team.
  • Review and develop residents' care plans using the Mobile Care Monitoring System (MCM).

Essential Skills, Characteristics, and Experience

  • At least two years' experience at a Senior Care level.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
