As part of our new GIA – Growth in Action structure, we're offering a fantastic opportunity for a Team Leader to help shape and lead our evolving service in Torbay. This role will be an integral part of the serviceas we move toward a more integrated, dynamic approach.
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to offer a full time Team Leader role in Torbay. You will oversee the delivery of the criminal justice part of the service as well as all round service support to the team in Torbay.
We welcome applications from individuals you are passionate about working with partners, embedding new processes and supporting the growth of the recovery services in the area.

Growth in Action (GIA) is an alliance between:
- Torbay Recovery Initiatives (TRI) – Drug and alcohol service
- Torbay Domestic Abuse Service (TDAS) – Domestic abuse service
- Leonard Stocks Centre (LSC) – Homelessness hostel
- Influenced by current, past and future service users
- Those who are passionate about making a positive impact in Torbay
