Greene King is seeking a Team Leader in Taunton to manage the team and ensure high standards of service. You will lead by example and create memorable experiences for customers during every visit.

The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities include managing shifts, resolving issues, and making sure the bar environment is safe and clean.

Qualifications

As a Team Leader, you will…

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
