Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd in Tain is seeking a Team Leader to drive the day-to-day running of a department on site. You will lead by example, support colleagues, manage stock, assist new starters, and resolve issues on the shop floor to ensure excellent customer service.

You will work closely with your manager to uphold high standards, keep the team motivated, and create a positive, efficient environment across shifts. A strong customer focus and reliable teamwork are essential.

As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of your department. You'll lead by example - supporting your colleagues, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our customers receive the best possible service. Whether it's helping to manage stock, supporting new starters, or stepping in to solve a problem, you'll be a go-to person on the shop floor. You'll work closely with your manager to deliver high standards and keep your team motivated and focused.
