Asda Stores Ltd is seeking a Team Leader for Asda Living in Leeds Crown. The role is full-time, permanent, with a 36-hour week and dayshift pattern. You will lead the department, support colleagues, manage stock, and ensure customers receive excellent service.

You will work closely with your manager to maintain high standards, motivate the team, and resolve issues on the shop floor. The position offers a collaborative environment with comprehensive colleague benefits.

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of your department. You’ll lead by example—supporting your colleagues, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our customers receive the best possible service. Whether it’s helping to manage stock, supporting new starters, or stepping in to solve a problem, you’ll be a go‑to person on the shop floor. You’ll work closely with your manager to deliver high standards and keep your team motivated and focused.
