Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd in Milton Keynes is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to help run the department, motivate colleagues and ensure excellent customer service on the shop floor. You’ll lead by example, manage stock, support new starters and work closely with your manager to maintain high standards.

This full-time permanent role offers a 36-hour week, days shifts, and pay at £14.10 per hour, with a closing date of 1 October 2026.

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of your department. You’ll lead by example—supporting your colleagues, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our customers receive the best possible service. Whether it’s helping to manage stock, supporting new starters, or stepping in to solve a problem, you’ll be a go-to person on the shop floor. You’ll work closely with your manager to deliver high standards and keep your team motivated and focused.
