Job summary

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Development: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment; coach, train, and mentor your team; keep your team informed and engaged; empower with up-to-date product knowledge.
• Operational Excellence: Uphold shop floor standards, stock presentation and organisation; oversee daily store operations; lead visual merchandising to create an inviting space; prioritise Health & Safety.
• Sales & Performance: Motivate the team to meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs; identify growth opportunities for team members and plan development.
• Customer Experience: Set the standard for exceptional service; resolve customer concerns promptly; represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm; build connections in the local community.

• Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers.

Sales & Performance:

• Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.

Customer Experience:

• Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
