Choice Care is seeking a Team Leader to guide a unit of social care workers in a residential setting. You will lead care provision, supervise staff, and ensure high standards of service while reporting concerns to the Assistant Team Leader.

Overview of the role
The role of the Team Leader is to provide support and guidance to a team of social care workers, whilst making sure you always provide the highest level of care and leadby example. You will also liaise with the Assistant Team Leader(s)in the servicereporting any matters of concern.You must have experience in the care sector and have the willingness to learn and expand on your previous knowledge. Not only will you make a huge difference topeople’s lives, but you’ll be able to enjoy days out, trips away and join in with many more activities, all of which ensures the people we work with are safe, happy and lead fulfilling lives.
All Team Leadersat this service must already have or commit to undertaking a Level 3Diploma in Health and Social Care qualification.There is also a need to take part in the on call response for the service.

Where will youwork?
This is one of three residential homes provided by Quality Care, our sister company in the East Midlands that supports individuals with high support needs including challenging behaviours. Quality Care is an established specialist care provider with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality support in family-style settings. Adams House provides residential 24 hour care for 24 adults with a learning disability and/or autism. Although the service is quite large, the people being supported here live in small family groups or in their own individualised apartment settings, according to their needs and abilities. Adams House is located in the market town of Sutton in Ashfield, close to all the local amenities of the town centre and also has good links to the A38 and M1.
