Chopstix, part of QSRP, is seeking a Team Leader to lead from the front, run shifts, and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.

You will coach and inspire your team, deliver great food and customer experiences, and work with management to drive performance while upholding standards and values.

This role requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends, and offers opportunities for growth within our expanding international network.

Formación

• Experience leading or supporting a team in fast-paced hospitality or retail.
• Ability to run shifts and make decisions to maintain service.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

We're looking for a Team Leader who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering great food and outstanding customer experiences.

As a key holder, you'll run shifts, support the smooth day-to-day operation of the store, and work closely with the management team to drive performance. You'll coach and inspire your team, create a culture of teamwork, and help ensure every customer leaves with a flavour-packed experience.

You'll lead from the front, working across all areas of the store to support your team, deliver great food and service, and keep every shift running smoothly.

• Experience in a hospitality, retail, leisure, or customer-focused environment.
• Confidence leading or supporting a team in a fast-paced setting.

• A hands-on approach, with the flexibility to work across all areas of the store.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate those around you.
