QSRP is seeking a Team Leader to lead from the front, run shifts, and support store operations with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will coach and inspire your team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and collaborate with management to drive performance across all store areas.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality or retail experience, strong communication, and a hands-on approach, contributing to a positive culture and growth within the business.

We're looking for a Team Leader who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering great food and outstanding customer experiences.

As a key holder, you'll run shifts, support the smooth day-to-day operation of the store, and work closely with the management team to drive performance. You'll coach and inspire your team, create a culture of teamwork, and help ensure every customer leaves with a flavour-packed experience.

You'll lead from the front, working across all areas of the store to support your team, deliver great food and service, and keep every shift running smoothly.
