Community Team Leader
Pay rate: £16.80
We have a rewarding opportunity for the right person to work with an individual living in their family home in St Austell. This person has autism and challenging behaviour, but this does not define them. They have a great sense of humour and enjoy hobbies such as swimming and shopping. To make the most of outings, we need local candidates who know the area and can drive a car with a full UK Driving Licence.

What will your shift involve?
Your role includes providing high-quality, compassionate care tailored to the individual's needs, overseeing, inspiring, and managing a team of support workers. You will also handle administrative tasks such as creating staff rotas and maintaining care plans.

We are a Supported Living healthcare provider with three divisions: LD&A (Learning Disabilities & Autism), Bespoke, and Team Brain Injury. This role is within our LD&A division, supported by an experienced Team Leader.
We support adults and children with complex physical and mental disabilities, focusing on person-centred care that promotes empowerment and access to new experiences.
