Job summary

Home Bargains in Shrewsbury is seeking a Store Team Leader to drive daily store operations and coach colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service. You will lead a team, uphold high standards, and contribute to achieving store targets in a fast-paced environment.

You will guide the team, prioritise customer satisfaction, and work with management to ensure smooth operations, training and development opportunities, and strong store presentation.
