Job summary

Home Bargains is seeking a Store Team Leader for the Catherine Street, Limavady location. The role focuses on leading a team to deliver an exceptional retail experience while achieving store performance targets.

You will guide staff, uphold high standards, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. With a 44-hour week over 5 days, you’ll manage daily operations, mentor colleagues, and drive store presentation.
