TJ Morris Limited, trading as Home Bargains, is seeking a Store Team Leader in Chesterfield to guide the store team and deliver an exceptional retail experience while meeting performance targets.You will lead colleagues, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment. The role offers 44 hours per week, a maternity cover assignment, and a pathway for development within the growing Home Bargains network.
