Job summary

Charles Hunter Associates is seeking a Team Leader for a Supported Living Accommodation role in Reading. You will lead a team to provide high-quality, personalised support to service users and promote independence and choice.

You will manage individual support plans, ensure compliance with CQC/Ofsted standards, and maintain DBS requirements. A UK driving licence is desirable, sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS (Update Service) for Child & Adult
• UK driving licence (Desirable)
• Experience in CQC and/or Ofsted regulated services
