Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd in Pyle, Wales, is seeking a Team Leader to drive the day-to-day running of a department. You’ll lead by example—supporting colleagues, keeping things running smoothly, and ensuring customers receive the best possible service.

The role is permanent, full-time, 36 hours per week with afternoons shifts, and pays £14.10 per hour. You’ll work closely with your manager to deliver high standards, manage stock, support new starters, and solve problems on the shop floor.

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of your department. You’ll lead by example—supporting your colleagues, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our customers receive the best possible service. Whether it’s helping to manage stock, supporting new starters, or stepping in to solve a problem, you’ll be a go-to person on the shop floor. You’ll work closely with your manager to deliver high standards and keep your team motivated and focused.
