Job description

Job Title: Team Leader
Reports To: Registered Manager
Location: ClaytonleWoods, Preston
Salary: £15.00 to £16.00 per hour DOE / PA (including sleeps and on-call allowance)
Monthly Attendance Bonus: £150
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, 3 shifts per week / 162.50 hours
Sleep-ins: 10 per month

Your Team: You will be supported by an in-house clinical team and the Head of Care, an ex-Ofsted inspector.
Career Progression: You will be enrolled in a fast-track Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership in Health and Social Care for Children, with paid study leave, to prepare you for a potential role as a Registered Manager.
Entry Requirements:
  • Genuine passion for working with children and promoting their welfare.
  • Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
  • Willingness to undertake training and professional development.
  • DOLS experience is desirable.
  • Positive behaviour management training/understanding.
  • Knowledge of Children's Home Regulations and Ofsted requirements.
  • A driving license.
