Ryvita in Poole is seeking a Production Team Leader to support the Shift Manager in Bakery 1, guiding a multi-skilled team to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality production. The role covers leading day-to-day activities, ensuring health and safety, food safety, quality and environmental standards, and deputising for the Shift Manager when required. It is a permanent, full-time post, 39 hours weekly with a 3-shift rotation.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Production Team Leader to join the Ryvita team at Poole.

The Team Leader supports the Shift Manager in the day-to-day operation of Bakery 1, leading a team of multi-skilled operatives to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality production. The role is responsible for ensuring operational targets are achieved while maintaining compliance with health and safety, food safety, quality, and environmental standards. The Team Leader acts as the first point of contact for the team and deputises for the Shift Manager when required. This a permanent and full-time position, working 39 hours per week, Monday – Friday. We operate a 3-shift rotation, with a week on each shift pattern before rotating to the next shift pattern.
