Card Factory is seeking a passionate Team Leader for its new Woolwell store in Plymouth. You will drive store success and lead your team in providing exceptional customer service. Location: NEW store opening in July Woolwell, Plymouth
Contracted Hours Available: 8.5hrs, must be fully flexible including weekends
We are passionate about celebrating our customers’ life moments and are now looking for a Team Leader to join our successful Card Factory family and help fulfill this.
With a focus on customer experience and operational excellence, our Team Leaders play a key role in driving store success. As a Team Leader, you will support your Store Manager in achieving goals related to commercial growth and fostering a team culture centered on customer satisfaction. You will lead the store team in the absence of the Store Manager and ensure high standards and exceptional service daily.
