Job summary

Gather + Gather is searching for a Team Leader (Zero Hours) to help ensure the smooth running of CH&CO operations on a permanent casual basis in Oxford. You will lead a frontline team, coordinate shift patterns, and support daily logistics while upholding food handling and safety standards.

The role offers development opportunities and a supportive environment with regular feedback and training to help you progress within the company.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
• Supervising a team and fostering a welcoming, supportive environment.
• Being a responsible key holder.
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and other duties as needed.
• Producing weekly rotas following manager's guidelines.
• Placing orders for stock to maintain stock levels.
• Delegating tasks and maintaining proactive team performance.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Team Leader (Zero Hours) to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in CH&CO on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.

Your Key Responsibilities May Include
