Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy shift, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and memorable service. You will support the management team, coordinate the team, and maintain a safe, compliant bar environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on coaching, and a proactive approach to problem solving amid busy periods, with a strong focus on service excellence and workplace safety.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Strong communication in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy shifts.
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness and allergen controls.

• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
