Job summary

Hydes Brewery Ltd is seeking a proactive Team Leader to manage front-of-house operations at The Joshua Bradley pub. You’ll oversee daily activities, know the bar and restaurant offerings, and upsell with enthusiasm to delight guests.

You will lead a team, give clear direction, delegate tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guests have memorable visits and staff feel supported.

Qualifications

• Seasoned Team Leader with hospitality experience.
• Able to oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations.
• Strong customer service, upselling and people-pleasing skills.

What you'll be doing as a Team Leader

We are now seeking an experienced Team Leader to enhance our team, and help us be the best at what we do.

You will oversee the day-to-day activities of the front of house team, be knowledgeable about all the products we sell on the bar and in the restaurant area and be able to make recommendations and upsell. Most of all you love to look after people, understand what makes them happy and have the desire to make someone's day.

With a passion for hospitality you will be able to supervise in a team focused environment. You will have the ability to give clear direction, delegate and adapt to change. You will also be extremely organised and have strong decision‑making skills.

Your Pub

With all the character of a great pub, the Joshua Bradley has been created within a beautifully restored mansion house and provides the very best of food and drink. Guests can join us for a refreshing drink, a casual snack, a little celebration or that special night out. We are proud to serve an extensive fresh food menu as well as a great selection of high-quality cask ales offering a wide range of styles and flavours. The Joshua Bradley & Bluebell Suite is also the perfect venue for weddings and family occasions. We've got a huge beer garden with our Beer Barn outdoor bar alongside a children's play area. Somewhere for all the family.
