Job summary

Chef & Brewer is looking for a proactive Team Leader to guide our front-of-house team and ensure every shift runs smoothly. You will lead by example, keep standards high, and make sure guests enjoy a memorable visit.

You’ll deputise for the management team when needed, coordinate tasks during busy periods, and ensure the bar operates safely, legally, and efficiently. A positive attitude, clear English communication, and team spirit are essential.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with quickly and safely.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
