Job summary

Greene King is hiring a Team Leader for our Hungry Horse pubs. You’ll lead by example, ensuring the shift runs smoothly, the team has everything they need, and our customers remain happy.

You’ll deputise for management, organise the team during busy periods, keep the bar safe and compliant, and set a standard of warm, welcoming service that makes guests eager to return.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
