Job summary

Greene King’s Hungry Horse is looking for a Team Leader to guide a busy shift, ensuring great service and smooth operations. You’ll support the management team, coordinate the team, keep the bar safe, legal and clean, and resolve issues quickly to maintain high standards for customers.

With a focus on teamwork and customer welcome, you’ll role-model excellent service, handle peak periods, and help create a welcoming pub environment where guests feel valued and well looked after.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to welcome customers.
• Ability to deputise for management and resolve issues.
• Capable of coordinating a busy shift and maintaining high standards.
• Clear English communication and understanding of allergen controls.
