Shaftesbury North Down and Ards is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day running of the service in Newtownards, North Down and Ards. The role focuses on supporting the staff team and the people supported, ensuring a safe and responsive care environment.

Candidates should have NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or be willing to work towards it. Sleep-in duties are included with an extra £60 per sleep-in, and on-call rota duties bring an additional £10 per session.

You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.As a Team Leader you will be required to be part of the On Call rota for the service.
