Shaftesbury Aberystwyth is recruiting a Team Leader to oversee daily operations across Hafan Y Coed and Brodawel. The role requires leading staff and supporting residents, with potential to gain NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or work towards it.

As part of our commitment to safeguarding, all offers require an enhanced DBS/Access NI check. Sleep-in sessions and on-call duties are included in the package.

About the role As a Team Leader it will be your duty to oversee the day to day running of the service. This will include supporting the staff team and the people supported. We are looking for candidates who have obtained a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or are willing to work towards this qualification.

There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in. As a Team Leader you will be required to be part of the On Call rota for the service. You will be paid an additional £10 per session. Brodawel is one of 35 registered care homes run by Shaftesbury, the disability charity that connects people with their communities.
