Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Mobile Cleaning Team Leader to join our Soft Facilities Management Division in Tulse Hill. You will oversee cleaning operations across educational sites, ensuring clean, safe environments for students and visitors.

The role runs 37.5 hours per week, 8 AM–4 PM, Monday to Friday, with a full UK driving license required. We value trust, respect and delivery excellence, and offer opportunities for development within a people-first culture.

Job description

Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Mobile Cleaning Team Leader to join our Soft Facilities Management Division in Tulse Hill. You will be working across multiple educational sites playing an important role in maintaining the external grounds, to ensure the conditions of the sites are well kept for students and visitors.

Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations - including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.

This is a full time position contracted for a total of 37.5 hours per week. You will be working from 8AM - 4PM Monday to Friday. A full UK driving licence and experience are essential for this role

Key responsibilities will include:

• Proven experience in a team leading/supervisory position.
• Professional cleaning experience.
