You will maintain clean, safe communal areas across residential estates, including entrances, stairwells and external spaces. The role requires a full UK driving licence and adherence to defined cleaning schedules.

Introduction

Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Specialist Cleaner to join our Soft Facilities Management Division in Tulse Hill. Working across residential estates, you will play an important role in maintaining clean, safe and well‑presented communal areas for residents and visitors. Including maintaining internal areas and jet washing external areas such as pavements and hard surfaces, bin storages and graffitied areas. Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care. If you take pride in maintaining clean, safe and well‑presented environments and enjoy delivering a high‑quality service, we'd love to hear from you. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role. The hours of work are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Key requirements:

• Experience carrying out cleaning duties to a high standard in a professional or commercial environment.
• Good understanding of cleaning equipment, jet washing equipment, materials and safe working practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively while following cleaning schedules.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Hold a Full UK Driving License for a minimum of 1 year.
