Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd in Liverpool Breck Road is looking for a Team Leader to run the day-to-day operations of your department. You’ll lead by example, support colleagues, manage stock, and ensure customers receive great service on every shift.

You’ll work with your manager to maintain high standards, keep the team motivated, and act as the go-to person on the shop floor. The role offers a 36-hour week, permanent contract, and a competitive hourly pay rate of £14.10.

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading the day-to‑day running of your department. Whether it’s helping to manage stock, supporting new starters, or stepping in to solve a problem, you’ll be a go‑to person on the shop floor. You’ll work closely with your manager to deliver high standards and keep your team motivated and focused.
