Job summary

Catch22 is seeking a Team Leader for the Liverpool Connect to Work programme to lead a high-quality, person-centred employability service in line with SEQF fidelity models. You will manage Employment Specialists, drive performance and ensure compliant service delivery, build strong relationships with employers and partners, and support participants to achieve their employment goals.

This role welcomes experienced leaders to motivate a dedicated team while contributing to organisational growth

Qualifications

• Five GCSEs or equivalent at Grade C/4 or above.
• Relevant professional qualification relevant to employability or a related field.
• Operational Management experience in performance driven SEQF, IPS or ‘Place, Train and Maintain’ employability services.
• Experience of working with commissioners / external partners.
• Understanding of welfare benefits and employment legislation.
• Knowledge of SEQF fidelity scale.
• Experience of leading service improvement or quality assurance activities.

Job Description

As a Team Leader on our Liverpool Connect to Work programme, you will lead the delivery of a high-quality, person-centred employability service in line with supported employment (SEQF) fidelity models (this role is often referred to as a service manager position).

This role focuses on enabling people with disabilities, learning difficulties/disabilities, neurodiverse conditions, mental health challenges or individuals from disadvantaged and complex backgrounds to prepare for, secure and sustain meaningful paid employment aligned with their goals, while promoting inclusion, independence and long-term wellbeing.

You will manage and develop a team of Employment Specialists, ensuring excellent service delivery, strong performance and positive participant experiences. The role is to motivate and support a dedicated and professional operational team to deliver a high-quality service in line with SEQF fidelity, drive referrals, support participants to achieve their employment aspirations, meet performance expectations, ensure compliance across all requirements and achieve high levels of service standards and accreditations, while contributing to the wider organisational growth strategy.

Additional Information

Contract:Full time | Permanent (37 hours per week)

• Accredited SEQF level 3 qualification - delivered by The Busy Group
• 28days annual leave + bank holidays, rising to 33 days with service.
