Catch22 in London is seeking an Administrative Officer to support case management and data handling within the Young People & Families Hub. You will maintain standardised records, input data to the MHSDS, and generate reports from case management systems to support frontline delivery.
You will coordinate referrals, manage communications, and ensure safeguarding documentation is updated per policy. The role requires strong organisational skills and attention to detail at The Hive, London.

Our Young People & Families (YP&F) Hub delivers a wide range of integrated support services that are designed to help resolve complex difficulties experienced by young people and their families/carers.
Support is provided to people who find themselves in a range of circumstances; they may be missing from home, or have emotional, housing, or substance misuse issues. We also support families where parents/carers are experiencing domestic abuse, sexual violence, substance misuse, emotional issues, homelessness, or unemployment. Whatever the situation, we work alongside young people and their carers to find a way of stabilising their lives.
Salary:£28,550 per annum
Hours of work: Full time, 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Location: The Hive, London (South Hampstead)
