National Care Group is seeking a Team Leader in Lancaster to oversee staff and ensure delivery of person-centred care. The role focuses on leading a team across homes, maintaining high standards, and promoting client well-being within a supportive organisational framework.
The successful candidate will have a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or be working towards it), a full UK driving licence, and strong leadership and communication skills.
