Join to apply for the Team Leader role at Wireless Applications, Corp.

We are seeking a Team Leader to support the Home Manager, Deputy Manager, and Assistant Manager in all aspects of the home's management. You will encourage staff, assist in supervision and induction, and review residents' care plans.

Rate of Pay

  • Weekdays £14.50
  • Weekends £14.96

Contract Type

  • Permanent
  • Alternate weekends

Contract Hours

  • Full Time DAY Team Leader
  • 36 Hours

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager, Deputy Manager, and Assistant Manager in running the home efficiently and with care in their absence.
  • Support residents with personal care while promoting independence.
  • Assist in supervising staff and induction processes.
  • Ensure all staff complete their duties during shifts and communicate any issues at handover.
  • Encourage staff to take a personal interest in residents and the home, creating a positive atmosphere.
  • Work directly alongside the Care Management Team.
  • Review and develop residents' care plans using the Mobile Care Monitoring System (MCM).

Essential Skills, Characteristics, and Experience:

  • Two years of experience at a Senior Care level.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
