Job summary

Flaming Grill in Horsham is seeking a Team Leader to guide the shift, ensuring the team has what they need and maintaining high standards to keep customers satisfied.

You will deputise for management, coordinate a busy shift, and uphold safety, legality, and cleanliness of the bar. A positive attitude and strong English communication are essential for delivering a warm, memorable experience.

Qualifications

• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.

Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You’ll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.
