The What...

As our Team Leader, you’ll lead and inspire the team on shift, ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience.

No two shifts are the same; you may be welcoming customers, setting up your department, or coaching your team. Your professional customer service, high energy, and enthusiasm will make each visit enjoyable and value-for-money.

Opening Hours and Shift Patterns:

Our centres are typically open seven days a week, from 9am to midnight. The busiest times are evenings, weekends, and school holidays, requiring availability during these periods. Typical shifts include:

• Weekday AM: 09.00 - 17.00
• Weekday PM: 17.00 - 00.00
• Weekend AM: 09.00 - 18.00
• Weekend PM: 16.00 - 01.00

Shift times vary by centre, and will be confirmed at interview. You will receive thorough induction and ongoing training, with opportunities for career progression, including apprenticeships and management training.

To be a successful Team Leader, you should have:

• Experience supervising a team

• High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
