The What...

As a Team Leader, you'll lead and inspire the team on shift, ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience.

No two shifts are the same; you might be welcoming customers, setting up your department, or coaching your team. Your professional and engaging customer service, high energy, and enthusiasm will ensure our customers enjoy their visit.

Opening Hours And Shift Patterns

Our centres are typically open seven days a week, from 9am to midnight.

Peak times are evenings, weekends, and school holidays, when we require availability from applicants.

Typical shift patterns include:

  • Weekday AM: 09:00 - 17:00
  • Weekday PM: 17:00 - 00:00
  • Weekend AM: 09:00 - 18:00
  • Weekend PM: 16:00 - 01:00

Shift times may vary by centre, and will be confirmed at interview.

You will receive thorough induction and ongoing training, with opportunities for career advancement, including apprenticeships and management training.

To be a successful Team Leader, you'll need:

  • Experience supervising a team
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities
  • High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A friendly, supportive, and helpful team player
  • Flexibility with working hours and shifts
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills
