Job summary

Asda is seeking a Team Leader in Harlow to drive the day-to-day running of the department, lead by example, support colleagues and ensure customers receive the best possible service.

You’ll help manage stock, onboard new starters, and step in to resolve problems, working closely with your manager to maintain high standards and keep the team motivated.

This permanent, full‑time role (36 hours per week) offers a competitive hourly rate of £14.10 and a supportive retail environment.

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of your department. You’ll lead by example—supporting your colleagues, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our customers receive the best possible service. Whether it’s helping to manage stock, supporting new starters, or stepping in to solve a problem, you’ll be a go‑to person on the shop floor. You’ll work closely with your manager to deliver high standards and keep your team motivated and focused.
