As a Team Leader, you will…

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts, ensuring smooth operations.
• Maintain a safe, legal, and clean bar environment, addressing issues promptly and safely.
