We are looking for a Team Leader to join our services within our Connect 1Service, which provides a wide range of support for people with physical and learning disabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth, effective running of this service, ensuring compliance with all organisational administrative tasks and maintaining the highest standards of care and support.

The Team Leader will manage their own time and support hours and will be supported by Project Managers.

This is a full-time, permanent position 39 hours per week.
