Angus Council is seeking a talented Estates Team Leader to manage property and land, offering a hybrid working environment. Angus Council invites applications from talented, adaptable, and enthusiastic candidates to lead our property Estates Team.
Following the retirement of the previous post holder, an exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a degree-qualified Estates team leader. Consideration will be given to candidates who are not currently fully qualified but can undertake progression to full MRICS status on a structured career grade basis.
For candidates not fully qualified, it is essential to have some experience in corporate management of land and properties, including acquisition, disposal, leases, rent review, and professional advice/policy to senior management.
