Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader for our Pub & Dining operation in Farmborough. You’ll lead by example, ensure shifts run smoothly, maintain high standards, and keep customers happy.

You’ll deputise for management, coordinate the team during busy periods, ensure safety and allergen controls, and embody a welcoming, can-do attitude. We offer a competitive salary and career development across our brands, plus staff discounts.

• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
