Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader in Weymouth to lead by example and ensure shifts run smoothly. You’ll guide the team to deliver high standards and keep customers happy, resolving issues in the absence of management and coordinating a busy shift to ensure efficient service.

The role focuses on delivering heartfelt customer experiences, leading by example, and maintaining safety, legality, and cleanliness of the bar, while supporting a warm, welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or bar environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to lead a team during busy shifts.
• Knowledge of safety and allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
